Manager/Monitor Registration

Thank you for volunteering to manage your child’s hockey team or monitor their presence while at the rink this season! 

1. Team “Coordinator” between coaches, parents, players, and Board.

2. Team treasurer / Accountant (manage team funds)

3. Team webmaster - edit the team page of the DAHA website

4. Input team schedules on the Team calendar and keep the game schedule updated (DAHA Website).

5. Assist scheduling practices, scrimmages, swing games, dryland, etc

6. Make and manage stickers for scorebooks and input roster on Gamesheet

7. Team record keeper (team binder).

8. Arrange in-game volunteer positions for parents (scorebook, time clock, penalty box)

9 Check team into tournaments

10. Set up hotel room blocks for out of town tournaments or swing games

12. Help organize picture day.

The above list describes most of the job duties. Additional tasks may arise as the season goes on. It can be helpful to have more than one manager and delegate duties. For example, one person would take on scheduling, another would be treasurer.

Your main job as a monitor is to make sure the players are behaving, treating each other and the facility with respect and are following all of the D11 and MN Hockey policies.
